Led by an experienced and award-winning in-house architecture, design and construction team, Tarsadia Hotels is implementing an expansive, integrated renovation program that will enable the company to reposition its properties into more profitable assets. The company's landmark renovation is the Four Diamond, 477-room Marriott in San Mateo, California. Formerly the 313-room Dunfey Hotel, the property has been elegantly transformed - the result of a 60 million dollar redevelopment (including 10 million in 2007) - into the most distinctive hotel on the San Francisco Peninsula. Tarsadia also redeveloped the 400-room Hyatt Regency Orange County near Disneyland Resort into a 670-room, 60,000 square foot conference center and convention hotel, and completed an extensive 25 million dollar makeover of the lobby and guestrooms at the 1,033-room Anaheim Marriott.

Most recently Tarsadia developed the 420-suite Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, California, which includes 40,000 square feet of meeting and event space, two signature restaurants, two bars, a full-service spa and a rooftop pool deck. The company is also currently conducting a complete brand conversion of a 321-room property in San Diego to a Courtyard and orchestrating multi-million dollar renovations at Comfort Inn & Suites Zoo/SeaWorld and the Doubletree Club Hotel, both in San Diego.
