Thomas Farrell,
Senior Vice President of Real Estate
Tom entered the hospitality business as general counsel of Harrah’s Atlantic City. After serving as General Counsel of Trusthouse Forte Inc.,Tom returned to the gaming industry as Senior VP of gaming development for Hilton Hotels Corporation, and was responsible for the Regency Casinos subsidiary of Hyatt International. Tom has developed casino projects on five continents. Before joining Tarsadia, Tom was Executive Vice President of Woodfin Suite Hotels in San Diego. He is a graduate of Princeton University and has a law degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Ryan Phelps,
Director of Real Estate
Prior to joining Tarsadia Hotels in 2007, Mr. Phelps was an associate with AEW Capital Management, where he focused on acquisitions and dispositions of all types of real estate assets. Mr. Phelps’ experience also includes Lehman Brothers’ Gaming, Lodging and Leisure investment banking group where he represented clients including Las Vegas Sands, MeriStar, InnKeepers and Pinnacle Entertainment. Mr. Phelps holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.
