Ronald Adelhelm,
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Adelhelm leads the Finance Group with responsibility for financial and accounting practices, budgeting, tax planning, development financings, lending relationships, treasury cash management, and risk management. Prior to joining Tarsadia, Ron was CFO of JC Resorts, and has over 20 years' experience in hospitality, real estate, and investment management. Mr. Adelhelm is a CPA and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Masters of Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Bhavesh Patel,

Vice President of Finance
Mr. Patel joined Tarsadia Hotels in 1996 and is responsible for implementing and overseeing proper processes and controls that safeguard owner assets. A native of Zambia, Africa, Bhavesh relocated to California in 1980 and earned his bachelor's degree, with honors, in Business from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to joining Tarsadia, Bhavesh held numerous accounting management positions within the garment industry.
