Andrew Ritts is a Senior Associate at Tarsadia Investments, where he focuses on the firm’s venture and growth equity strategy. His responsibilities include deal prospecting, execution, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Tarsadia, Andrew was Director of Finance and Operations for a D2C telehealth platform, where he oversaw the startup’s funding, strategy, and operational execution. Previously, he was an Investment Associate at Platinum Equity, where he focused on operationally intensive carve-out investments and portfolio company management. Andrew began his career in investment banking at Moelis & Company and Greenhill & Co., advising clients on M&A and strategic alternatives across the technology and industrial sectors.

Andrew received a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting, with highest distinction, from the University of Iowa.
